Purpose & Scope

The Medical Claims Support representative is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of all mailings and correspondence associated to the member file. The position requires excellent attention to detail, phone and email skills with the ability to adapt correspondences to a wide variety of audiences, including attorneys, claims adjusters, claimants, physicians and structured settlement brokers. The role works closely with the client engagement team, customer service team, and management team to provide technical assistance and analytics surrounding the member claims process.
